I’m Dale Hayes, General Contractor and Owner of PAD Inc. I help homeowners, building owners and small companies tackle maintenance issues, unexpected repair costs and lack of expertise when it comes to business and consumer real estate investments. 

I do this by truly being a one stop shop with over 10 years in the industry handling all repairs, being reasonably priced, trustworthy and most importantly I offer flexible timing options resulting in peace of mind for my customers.
